Manufacturing Lead III - 3rd Shift
Synergetics is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Lead III for our 3rd shift team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned line within the Aseptic Processing Area (APA) and coach, develop, and mentor operators.
Review product batch records for accuracy and compliance to specifications.
Respond to and resolve downtime issues (equipment or component).
Train staff on batch record instructions, aseptic technique, and fill line operation.
Troubleshoot process failures; document findings in process issues (PIs) and non‑conformances (NCs) and lead corrective and preventive actions.
Communicate department progress and issues to management.
Coordinate with other departments on production scheduling, quality, and operational matters.
Qualifications
Technical knowledge of aseptic filling equipment and processes.
1–3 years of aseptic manufacturing experience or an advanced education degree.
Excellent verbal and written communication, coaching, and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn and navigate computer‑based production and quality systems.
Strong reading, math comprehension, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, web‑based applications).
Preferred Skills
Demonstrated leadership and aspiration to grow into higher leadership roles.
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sun–Thurs 10:30 p m – 7:00 a m Location: Greenville, SC
