Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Project Scheduler to support project planning and execution in a fully remote capacity. This position is open exclusively to candidates residing within the United States, and applications from outside the U.S. will not be considered.

The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects while coordinating with project managers, teams, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in scheduling software to support project efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple projects using project management and scheduling software

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives

Monitor project progress, identify potential schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions

Prepare and distribute schedule reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders

Track milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery

Participate in project planning meetings and provide input on scheduling feasibility and critical paths

Ensure compliance with project standards, timelines, and contractual obligations

Maintain accurate records and documentation of schedule updates, changes, and approvals

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred

Proven experience as a Project Scheduler, Planner, or in a similar role

Proficiency with project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and critical path analysis

Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment

Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in construction, engineering, or technical project environments

Knowledge of resource planning and cost management integration with schedules

Certification in project scheduling or project management (e.g., PMP, PSP)

Experience with remote collaboration tools and distributed project teams

Compensation Annual Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 USD, commensurate with experience and qualifications
