What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Handle incoming calls regarding various financial products and services
Maintain a strong working knowledge of multiple systems and provide overflow assistance for processing areas
Serve as a subject matter expert for platforms and competencies, assisting advisers and management
Identify and resolve operational and compliance issues during daily activities
Collaborate with business partners to ensure technology workflows operate efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years of relevant experience
Holds Series 7 or possesses subject matter expertise in specific core processing functions
Knowledge of the managed account industry
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the financial services industry or with investment advisory services
Strong comfort with inbound and outbound calls
Flexibility in scheduling and a strong work ethic
Familiarity with operational/legal procedures in financial services
