We are seeking a

Technical Business Analyst (QA Focus)

to join our team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role combines strong analytical skills with hands‑on quality assurance expertise to ensure enterprise applications meet functional and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced Agile environment, collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document

business and technical requirements

for enterprise applications.

Translate requirements into

clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases .

Perform and support

software testing methodologies

including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaborate closely with

developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders

to ensure alignment and quality delivery.

Participate in

Agile/Scrum ceremonies

such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.

Utilize

requirement and defect tracking tools

(e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) to manage workflows.

Validate

system integrations, APIs, and data flows

using basic SQL queries.

Support

UAT, release validation, and production issue triage

to ensure smooth deployments.

Apply knowledge of

role‑based access control, authentication/SSO, and security testing concepts .

Conduct

root cause analysis

and provide recommendations for process and system improvements.

Communicate effectively with both

technical and non‑technical audiences .

Manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .

5+ years of experience

as a Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or QA Analyst in enterprise applications.

Strong background in

requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation .

Hands‑on experience with

software testing methodologies

and QA practices.

Proficiency with

Agile/Scrum frameworks

and sprint participation.

Experience with

Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools .

Solid understanding of

system integrations, APIs, data flows, and SQL .

Knowledge of

security testing concepts

including authentication and role‑based access control.

Excellent

analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills .

Ability to work effectively in a

fast‑paced, dynamic environment .
