Business Office Manager
for our center located in
Three Rivers, Michigan

Our Business Office Manager is a critical interdisciplinary team member providing residents and their families communication regarding payment information, payor benefits, billing statements and cycles, as well as payment expectations.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop relationships with residents and their family members.
Respond professionally and promptly to any requests or concerns.
Process, post, and balance all resident trust fund account activity.
Process all private statements for all residents on a monthly basis.
Collect on all private pay accounts and document collection efforts.
Process, post, and balance all accounts payable weekly.
Perform quality checks for clinical and financial data.
Maintain the confidentiality/rights of all residents.
Supervise front office personnel.
Qualifications Required
Previous experience in a healthcare office setting, with experience in payor and benefit eligibility in long‑term care industry preferred.
Previous experience in general Accounts Receivable/Payable.
Excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, etc.
Point Click Care experience helpful.
