Responsibilities
Lead brand strategy development and evolution across the TAC portfolio
Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging architecture, and voice/tone guidelines
Ensure brand consistency across all digital properties and customer touchpoints
Conduct discovery sessions with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, audience needs, and project requirements
Translate business requirements into compelling creative briefs for designers and agency partners
Guide narrative strategy and user experience for landing pages, website updates, and marketing campaigns
Manage relationships with external designers, agencies, and creative vendors
Evaluate creative work against brand standards and strategic objectives
Provide strategic feedback and direction to ensure deliverables meet business goals
Own the strategic direction for website updates, landing page development, and digital marketing assets
Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop targeted messaging and positioning for different audiences
Support go-to-market initiatives with brand-aligned creative strategy
Requirements
7+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or creative strategy roles
Strong background in both marketing and creative disciplines (you can speak fluently with both marketers and designers)
Proven ability to conduct stakeholder discovery and translate business needs into creative direction
Experience developing brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and creative briefs
Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with senior leadership
Self‑directed work style suited for fractional/remote engagement
Preferred
Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or agency environments
Background working with multi‑brand portfolios or brand architecture projects
Familiarity with fintech, insurance, or home services verticals
Experience managing brand consolidation or rebranding initiatives
