H&K Group, Inc. , is looking for Heavy Diesel Mechanics. This self‑motivated, organized, competent, and professional individual repairs and maintains electric, diesel, and gasoline industrial trucks.

Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
Read job order and observe and listen to truck or equipment in operation to determine malfunction and to plan work procedures.
Install new ignition systems, align front wheels, change or recharge batteries, and replace transmissions, engines, and other parts.
Replace engines
Examine protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks and equipment, and adjust
Lubricate and service vehicles
Fabricate special lifting or towing attachments, hydraulic systems, shields, or other devices according to schematic drawings
Collision repair, sand, prep, and paint
Complete all standard maintenance on trucks and equipment and ensure state inspection requirements are met for cars, trucks, and trailers
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required Skills, Education, and Experience
One‑year certificate from an accredited college or technical school in diesel mechanics or a related field OR 2 years of related experience and/or training
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain within one year
Clean driving record
Customer Service and Teamwork
Mathematical Skills
Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience
4 years of related experience and/or training
State Inspection license
Experience working in heavy civil construction, road construction, or quarries
OSHA, MSHA, or other relevant safety certifications
Physical Demands
Occasionally required to
Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, climb, balance, and crawl
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
Frequently stoop, crouch, kneel, and use hands to finger, feel, and grasp
Work Environment
Noise level is loud at times
Required to work outdoors in all environments at times
Hours regularly exceed 40 per week and 8 per day
Rahns Concrete
is a major supplier of ready‑mix and precast concrete products to eastern Pennsylvania (PA) and the surrounding three‑state (NY, NJ, and DE) region.
Rahns
currently operates eight permanent ready‑mix concrete plants across eastern PA. Additionally, we own and operate portable ready‑mix plants which can be set up anywhere throughout the Mid‑Atlantic Region to provide on‑site ready‑mix products for large construction projects.
Rahns
also manufactures precast concrete products at its
Rahns , PA location and produces all standard precast products.
Rahns
can also fabricate large custom precast structures for bridges, box culverts, and other complex civil structures.
