Job Description Responsibilities & Duties: Complete oversight and operation of concession stand.
Maintain complete and accurate inventories.
Supervise setup and breakdown of stand.
Supervise production of all menu items.
Serve fans when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of stand.
Train and supervise all stand employees.
Complete all inventory/order forms accurately.
Assist employees with setup of concession stand.
Assist all employees in preparation of all menu items, ensuring consistency.
Provide help and guidance when needed.
Communicate effectively with employees and management.
Supervise and direct customer service during games and maintain positive fan experience.
Supervise cleanup and proper closing of the concession stand.
Overall Objective To operate a clean, safe, organized and profitable stand, while providing excellent customer service and a positive work environment for our employees.
Work Environment Work at a very fast pace, able to do multiple tasks at once, stay cool headed and organized; a quick thinker and problem solver.
Requirements
Possess leadership ability.
A pleasant personality and appearance.
Reliable and self-sufficient.
Organized and a problem solver.
Availability to work all season games preferred.
