WJ Landscape Maintenance, Inc. is a professional landscape firm that builds and maintains the highest quality and luxury residential landscapes in the Greater Los Angeles and Santa Barbara County areas. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to help drive our business growth and manage our teams for greater success. Key Responsibilities

Assist with job scheduling, including crew assignments and subcontractor coordination. Maintain accurate and up-to-date work tickets and job records in Aspire. Help track project milestones and maintain up to date documentation. Draft and send weekly client updates based on information gathered from field teams and project managers. Follow up on client questions or changes and relay them to project managers. Assist in documenting changes or issues on active job sites. Research, source, and procure specialty plants and construction materials that are not readily available through regular suppliers. Track orders, coordinate deliveries, and manage relationships with specialty vendors. Ensure timely procurement of materials to keep projects on schedule. Handle one-off field tasks such as hot shot deliveries, troubleshooting client issues indirectly related to projects, or managing unexpected site issues including miscellaneous client requests. Respond to emergency or last‑minute project needs that don’t warrant a full crew deployment. Conduct occasional jobsite walkthroughs to document progress, review quality, and support the PM. Handle plant deliveries, permit inspections, and other errands as needed to support operations. Provide additional support to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Skills and Requirements

A degree in horticulture or a minimum of two years (2) industry experience in lieu of a degree. A minimum of two years of administrative experience. Demonstrate excellent professional communications skills, with a clear ability to build relationships. Computer proficiency – Mac/Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the ability to master other software. A valid California Driver’s License. Compensation

Based on experience, paid weekly – Salaried. This role includes a probationary period with a review after 3 months, followed by regular ongoing performance reviews and an annual review. Additional Benefits
