Compensation & Benefits
$120,000–$180,000 base salary (Depending on Experience & Bonus/Commission earnings)

Role Summary The Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects from kickoff through closeout and warranty—on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality, artistry and safety. Landscape experience is a plus, but strong construction project management capability is essential.
Responsibilities
Manage projects through substantial completion, closeout, and warranty
Lead and coordinate Installation Foremen, field personnel, and subcontractors
Maintain standards for quality, schedule, budget, documentation, and safety
Serve as the main point of contact for customers and project designers during installation
Produce weekly billings, job cost tracking, and status reporting
Analyze cost reports and budget variances; recommend corrective actions
Prepare and document change orders and coordinate billing with the office team
Coordinate manpower/equipment scheduling with the Production Manager and other PMs
Use construction management software (Buildertrend) to track and manage multiple projects
Qualifications Required:
5+ years construction experience
5+ years construction project management experience
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Able to learn/adopt new intuitive software platforms
Able to read plans/details and manage scope, schedule, and budget
Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills
Detail-oriented; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (Not Required):
Landscape construction experience
Planting/irrigation knowledge
Swimming pool construction experience
Outdoor structures (pergolas, pool houses, carpentry, general construction)
Bilingual Spanish/English
