About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner with our General Manager, Acquisition Agents, and Escrow companies to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and drive transactions forward with minimal delays. You’ll be the trusted point of contact who takes ownership once a deal is under contract, ensuring sellers, tenants, and vendors all have a smooth experience from start to close.

Key Responsibilities

Review contracts and disclosures for accuracy and compliance

Ensure adherence to internal title underwriting requirements (trusts, FinCEN, power of attorney, probates, etc.)

Build strong relationships with sellers, Escrow companies, New Western agents, and third‑party vendors

Coordinate final walk‑throughs and confirm occupancy status

Take ownership of transactions once under contract, moving them efficiently through escrow

Guide sellers through the closing and escrow process with clear communication

Coordinate inspections with third‑party vendors

Collect and manage tenant information when properties are occupied

Verify disclosures and contracts in ZipForms, ensuring EMD is populated correctly

Negotiate cash‑for‑keys with tenants when needed

Encourage referrals from satisfied sellers

What You Bring To The Table

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred

Detail‑oriented with exceptional follow‑through

Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to build trust and positive relationships across multiple stakeholders

A resourceful, solutions‑driven mindset
