## Assistant Professor of Clinical Education* Three years of post-bar practice experience in tax law is preferred;* Prior experience in law school clinical teaching is preferred.* Direct the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and provide representation to clients in tax matters;* Teach and supervise students in their representation of clinic clients;* Teach a seminar class for clinic students;* Manage and ensure compliance with the federal grant that funds the clinic;* Conduct community outreach and education;* Perform other duties as assigned.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*** Demonstrated ability to provide effective representation to clients in legal matters;* Demonstrated ability to teach;* Demonstrated ability to work with and supervise a diverse group of students;* Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and collaborate with colleagues;* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in person, in writing, and through electronic means of communication;* Demonstrated ability to manage financial matters, including budgets and grant compliance.The University of Arkansas at Little Rock is committed to providing a safe campus community.
