Maintains UG student planning records.Must be able to represent the school in university events.This position is In-Person# Essential Functions**Serves ASBPA academic affairs on student-related issues:*** Advises undergraduate students under the direct supervision of the Assistant Dean on issues related to registration, schedule adjustments, change of major, and course/university withdrawal and processes associated forms* Is available to all undergraduate students for all types of consultations in person and online.* Assists with new student orientations, open house events, graduation, and other student-related events.* Assists with auditing student files of graduating undergraduate students and recommends students for graduation.* Assists with evaluating transcripts of prospective students.* Supports student-related data collection, including the deployment of surveys, tracking placement outcomes, and maintaining the alumni database.* Supports special programs as directed by the Dean, including the internship program, mentoring programs, and the Student Advisory Board.* Coordinates retention initiatives for undergraduate and graduate students* Completes sponsor letters; Compiles data to assist with AACSB Business surveys and the following reports: Enrollment, Honor Societies, End-of-Semester Deans List, Low Grades, Repeated Course, Probation and Suspension Reports; and creates correspondence.* Administers all exchange student files, ensuring that all essential documents (acceptance letter and DS-2019) are processed and received by the student, and the course schedule registration form is completed.**.
Provides administrative support to the ASBPA:*** Serves as the point of contact in person or by phone for students and visitors as needed.* Uses initiative and critical thinking skills to handle student and visitor requests.* Performing other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Assistant Dean/Dean.# Qualifications/Requirements* A Bachelor's degree is required.
