Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in‑person roles during the 2025–2026 school year. Position Details
Schedule:
Full‑Time, 5 days/week
Start Date:
ASAP
Location:
In‑person
Role Focus:
Coach and support school staff
Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self‑injurious behaviors
Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams
Set and support academic and behavioral goals
Create teacher‑friendly data collection systems
Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders
This role does not include RBT supervision
Qualifications
Must hold a valid BCBA license in Illinois
School‑based experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and data‑driven decision‑making skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs
