About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst/Consultant with expertise in Epic systems to join our team. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions that support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Epic modules, and experience translating business needs into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions aligned with organizational goals. Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data extracts using Epic tools (e.g., Clarity, Caboodle) and other BI platforms. Perform data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards. Provide subject matter expertise on Epic data structures and workflows. Support optimization initiatives and participate in Epic upgrade or enhancement projects. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices for BI development. Required Qualifications

Extensive Epic experience in one or more modules (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle, or relevant clinical/financial modules). Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Epic experience in a healthcare setting. Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Epic Certification in one or more modules (e.g., Clarity Data Model, Caboodle, or relevant clinical/financial modules). Experience with healthcare analytics and regulatory reporting. Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced analytics.
