Role Overview To issue invoices to customers. Review orders and work orders for correct documentation.
Experience in the transportation industry strongly preferred.
Position Responsibilities
Calculating charges to customers & clients
Issuing invoices to customers & clients
Checking and reviewing customer orders and work orders/estimates for correct documentation
Data entry, mail & some telephone duties as well as other administrative support tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1 year Office Administrative &/or Billing or relevant experience
1 year Google Suite Experience
Strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively prioritize
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
