What You’ll Do as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs.
Administer medications & treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate medical records & assist with physician rounds.
Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist with all aspects of resident care, including wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
What You’ll Need as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Active Licensed Practical Nurse LPN License
(Unencumbered, State of IL)
CPR Certification
(Required)
Experience In Long-term Care Or Skilled Nursing (Preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills
