What You’ll Do as an LPN
Provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee CNAs.
Administer medications & treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate medical records & assist with physician rounds.
Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and staff.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Assist with all aspects of resident care, including wound care, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License, unencumbered, State of IL.
CPR Certification (Required).
Experience in Long‑Term Care or Skilled Nursing (Preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and critical‑thinking skills.
