Peak Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice. Position Overview Physical Therapist (DPT)
As a Physical Therapist at Peak, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a collaborative, supportive environment that prioritizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver individualized, evidence-based physical therapy care in a one-on-one treatment model
Implement and progress treatment plans to help patients achieve functional goals
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using AI-assisted documentation tools
Educate and empower patients through clear communication and supportive coaching
Collaborate with physical therapists and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Montana
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to professional growth and clinical development
Interest in fitness, wellness, and movement-based care
Coachable mindset with a team-oriented approach
