Day (6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., 36 hrs/week)

Job Overview RWJBarnabas Health seeks a dedicated Clinical Care Technician for Community Medical Center, a 592-bed acute care hospital. The role supports post-ICU patient care, including activities of daily living, bedside nursing care, phlebotomy, and EKGs.
Qualifications Required
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Preferred
Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program
Certified Nursing Assistant
Scheduling Requirements Day Shift, 36 hours per week, 6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Essential Functions
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and bedside nursing care.
Perform phlebotomy and EKGs as required.
Offer patient care based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria appropriate to patient age.
Communicate patient status effectively with patients and nursing colleagues.
Participate in collaboration of patient plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions.
