RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Clinical Care Technician for Community Medical Center.

Shift: Day
Pay Range: $20.57 - $25.81 per hour
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
BLS certification (American Heart Association).
Preferred:
Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program.
Certified nursing assistant certification.
Scheduling Requirements
Day Shift, 36 hours per week, 6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Essential Functions
The CCT is a direct patient caregiver who assists patients with activities of daily living and provides nursing care, including phlebotomy and EKGs.
Provide patient care based on physical, education, safety, and related criteria appropriate to the patient's age.
Ensure effective and safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment, and critical actions.
Communicate ongoing status with patients and nursing colleagues.
Participate in collaboration of patients' plan of care from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitions.
