Join a growing technology consulting team as a Business Analyst in a hybrid role supporting government client relationships and vendor management initiatives. This is a newer team that's spearheading projects with state government entities, with a strong track record of successful placements. The role is approximately 90% vendor-led work where you'll be responsible for requirements gathering, scoping, documentation, and conducting interviews with customers and stakeholders. Day-to-day work involves extensive customer-facing interactions, coordinating between vendors, internal IT teams, and government clients. The position offers a hybrid schedule working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (flexible hours available, some work 7am to 4pm), with Mondays and Fridays fully remote and Tuesday through Thursday onsite.

Experience working with or for government entities (state, local, or federal)
Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering

Experience creating project scope documents and business requirements
Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and gather detailed requirements
Understanding of project intake processes and assessment methodologies
Experience determining project effort and complexity scoring
Strong communication skills for coordinating between multiple parties
Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
Experience creating user stories for development teams
Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
