This is a customer‑facing Business Analyst role focused on requirements gathering, documentation, project intake workflows, and coordinating with internal technical teams. Required Skills & Experience
3+ years as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst
Proven experience gathering requirements and documenting workflows/processes
Strong stakeholder communication skills, both customer‑facing and internal
Background in government, public sector, or other regulated environments
Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, LucidChart, Visio, or Smartsheet
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience supporting intake‑heavy or vendor‑led project models
Familiarity with effort scoring, prioritization models, or discovery frameworks
Exposure to modernization or enterprise system integration projects
Ability to thrive in structured, documentation‑heavy environments

25% Lucidchart / Visio (process flows, diagrams, mapping)
20% Google Suite / Microsoft 365 (documentation, presentations, intake summaries)
15% Smartsheet (tracking, intake logs, requirement records)
10% General SDLC tools and BA documentation frameworks
