Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem
Shifts Available: Day | Evening | Night | Weekend
Rate of pay: $31.00/hr to $37.05/hr (plus shift differentials). Additionally, $10,000 for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time positions (limited time).

What You’ll Do:
Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and state, federal and local guidelines.
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
Assist with resident comfort.
Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state and local requirements, and professional standards.
Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature and respiration.
Help coach staff as necessary.
Requirements:
Current LPN license in Virginia.
CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome.
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
