Pay and Benefits Base pay $31.00/hr – $35.45/hr, with shift differentials and bonuses ($10,000 for full‑time, $5,000 for part‑time). What You’ll Do
Provide nursing care to meet resident needs following standards of practice, physician orders, and applicable regulations.
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to support residents' physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
Assist with resident comfort and wound care; collect samples and monitor catheters.
Maintain accurate, confidential resident information, complying with federal, state, and local requirements.
Track and review patient medical histories, charts, and vital signs (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration).
Help coach staff as necessary.
Requirements
Current LPN license in Virginia.
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
Positive attitude, reliability, strong clinical judgment.
