Clinical Group Facilitator – AVENUES RECOVERY CENTER
Join us to shape the recovery journey of clients through group facilitation and therapeutic support.
Overview Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with 17 locations across 7 states. Our evidence-based, individualized care sets new standards in addiction treatment.
Responsibilities
Conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups tailored to client challenges.
Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools.
Collaborate consistently with clinical staff to track client progress.
Escalate significant client concerns to the Clinical Director.
Maintain thorough documentation of all group sessions.
Ensure all clinical assessments and individual client charting are completed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field (preferred).
Minimum one year experience in the treatment industry (preferred).
Valid licensure to practice as a clinician in the state.
Minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required if in recovery.
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
Strong presence and sound judgment.
Warm, dignified, honest character that inspires trust and models recovery principles.
Location – Avenues Recovery Center, Dublin, NH A residential facility offering detox and inpatient rehabilitation services on 11 expansive acres in scenic New Hampshire. The staff includes clinicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, addictions counselors, and behavioral health technicians.
