Overview Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with 17 locations across 7 states. With an evidence‑based clinical curriculum and highly individualized care, Avenues sets new standards in addiction treatment. Our programs span detox, residential, PHP, IOP and outpatient services and have transformed thousands of lives.
Responsibilities
Conduct group therapy, psychoeducation, and process groups tailored to each client’s challenges and needs.
Assist clients in developing healthy coping skills, positive behaviors, and recovery tools.
Collaborate consistently with clinical staff to monitor client challenges and progress.
Escalate any significant client concerns to the Clinical Director.
Maintain thorough documentation of all group sessions conducted.
Ensure all clinical assessments and individual client charting is completed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum one year experience in the treatment industry (preferred).
Valid licensure required to practice as a clinician in this state.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
Strong presence and sound judgement.
Warm, dignified, and honest character that inspires trust and models recovery principles.
Where You'll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Dublin is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Located on 11 expansive acres of scenic New Hampshire countryside, it provides a rustic and relaxed environment where clients can immerse themselves in recovery and emerge stronger, healthier, and happier.
