Overview Rite Care provides after‑school intervention services designed to support at‑risk youth. Our students attend the Juvenile Success Center where they participate in evidence‑based groups, skill‑building sessions, tutoring, mentoring, case management, and other structured activities during the critical hours most associated with high‑risk behaviors. Our program serves youth currently involved in the Juvenile Justice System who need additional community support to build positive life skills and pathways to success.

Compensation $67,000/yr (LLMSW) $75,000/yr (LMSW)

What you will do The Therapist provides direct clinical services under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor and reports to the Program Manager. This position is responsible for delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based therapeutic services to clients in accordance with state and Medicaid guidelines. The therapist will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain timely and accurate documentation, and ensure continuity of care within program standards.

The Licensed Therapist receives clinical supervision and guidance from the Clinical Supervisor to support professional growth, clinical compliance, and quality assurance. Collaboration with the Program Manager and other team members is essential to maintain effective coordination of services and meet program goals.

This position may include both telehealth and in‑person sessions, depending on client and program needs.

To Be Considered You Should

Have a master’s degree in a related field

Be licensed as a LMSW (or LPC), or LLMSW in Michigan

Have at least 2 years’ experience working with at‑risk youth

Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP Driver. Must possess a current state driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years

Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test

Schedule 1pm-9pm Monday-Friday
