Job Overview The Behavioral Health Worker is a vital part of our treatment team. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position. Available schedules include Sunday‑Thursday (schedule premium $2/hr) and Tuesday‑Saturday (schedule premium $3/hr). We offer competitive shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. We are currently hiring for the day shift (7am‑3:30pm) and evening shift (3pm‑11pm).

Responsibilities
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Implement elements of treatment plan and identified interventions to provide quality care
Document and communicate client behaviors
Follow clinical and unit programming
Assist with patient groups and activities
Provide DBT skills coaching with patients
Maintain therapeutic boundaries and utilize crisis intervention techniques

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
One year of experience working in a psychiatric setting with patients aged 10‑18 years preferred
College student who has obtained or is pursuing a degree in behavioral health, psychology, nursing or human services is preferred
