Weekend Schedule Options
Shifts: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shifts: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Your Role As a
Weekend LPN , you’ll deliver direct resident care, administer medications, and assist with day‑to‑day clinical operations. You’ll support CNAs, communicate with families, and ensure residents receive the highest level of compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care following facility policies.
Accurately administer medications and treatments.
Supervise and support nursing assistants.
Ensure positive resident experiences and clinical outcomes.
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and families.
Qualifications
Current LPN license in Indiana (required)
Graduate of an accredited LPN program
BLS/CPR certification (required)
Skilled Nursing or Long‑Term Care experience (preferred)
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
