Weekend Schedule Options
Shifts: 3:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Shifts: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Your Role As a
Weekend RN , you’ll ensure high-quality care for residents while leading and mentoring your team. You’ll oversee shift operations, communicate with physicians and families, and provide hands‑on nursing care in a compassionate, patient‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide and supervise exceptional skilled nursing care.
Administer medications and treatments according to policy.
Support and mentor nursing staff during your shift.
Ensure positive clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and follow physician orders.
Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana (required)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
BLS/CPR certification (required)2+ years of experience in Skilled Nursing or Long‑Term Care (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
