Responsibilities
Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
Encourage participants to engage in community activities and pursue their favorite hobbies.
Help participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
Build trust and maintain respectful relationships with participants, families, and team members.
Take initiative to identify opportunities for participants to be part of the community.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.
Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
Behaviours: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.

Competitive pay: $15.25 per hour (up to $17.00 for senior positions).
