Registered Nurse (RN)
– Avir Health Group We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team! Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of an assigned unit. Supervision must comply with Federal, State, and local regulations governing Long‑term care, and our policies and procedures.
As Charge Nurse you are delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out your duties.
Location: Grand Saline, Texas Salary: $100,000.00‑$120,000.00
Responsibilities
Direct day‑to‑day nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Ensure that the Nursing Services Policies and Procedures Manual is followed.
Assume full authority and accountability for the assigned unit.
Ensure adequate number of appropriately trained personnel are on duty; develop work assignments and assist staff.
Maintain good working rapport with inter‑departmental personnel to ensure nursing services are adequately maintained.
Qualifications
Valid Texas RN License.
Valid CPR Certification.
IV Certification Preferred.
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care.
