What You’ll Do:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ health and report changes to RN or physician
Collaborate with facility staff to deliver quality care
Requirements:
Active LPN license in the state of NJ
Current CPR Certificate, Physical, & TB test
