Requirements: Valid LPN license in NJ CPR/BLS certification Experience in long-term care, rehab, or hospital settings is a plus Clear background and up-to-date health screenings (Physical and TB)
What You’ll Be Doing: Administer medications, wound care, and treatments under RN or physician supervision Monitor and document patient conditions Communicate with families and medical teams to ensure care plans are followed Provide leadership and support to CNAs and other care staff
