The Maples Hammond location offers treatment for teen girls that are struggling with Mental Health problems, Substance Abuse Disorders, Family Conflict and Eating Disorders.
Our mission is to provide the highest and most effective level of care for teenage girls struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma and/or disordered eating, with the intention of supporting the entire family to be successful in the home after treatment. Our residential program is staffed with trained mental health professionals that provide evidence‑based therapies in order to process, support, and encourage your teenage daughter to start her journey to recovery. We believe in treating the whole person, mind, body, and spirit.

Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy using CBT, DBT, and other evidence‑based interventions
Treat a wide range of conditions including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma, and co‑occurring substance use disorders
Collaborate with clients (and families when appropriate) to create and follow treatment plans
Deliver culturally competent, client‑centered care
Conduct health and behavior assessments when clinically indicated
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and billing
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted LA license as an LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
Experience providing therapy to adolescents and families
Physical Demands
Ability to sit for long periods
Normal or corrected vision and hearing required
