Crisis RN Supervisor

Job Description MHMR is looking for a Crisis RN Supervisor to join our team. In this position you will provide support for programs in the Supported Living Network and Crisis Services. As the Crisis RN Supervisor you will provide nursing oversight for all aspects of the programs, provide support for daily operations and be a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a standardized environment to meet Texas CCBHC, NCQA, and CARF standards in nursing care for the Crisis Programs, ICF Group Homes, and Habilitation program at ABG. This oversight ensures consistent patient‑focused care, defines standards for evidence‑based quality patient care, manages and develops a positive nursing environment, trains new staff and provides leadership to the nursing teams.

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Defined Education: Nursing
Years’ Experience: Three (3) years
Defined Experience: Nursing
License/Certifications: RN License in the State of Texas
Supervisory Experience: One (1) year
