Financial Planning & Data Analytics - Controlling Practice & Operations Support the FP&A team in managing finance data, building dashboards, and enabling automation initiatives. This role focuses on data accuracy, visualization, and analytics to provide actionable insights for planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, validating, and organizing financial and operational data from multiple sources.

Support development of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with global finance and IT teams to maintain data integrity and support automation initiatives.

Contribute to scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis under guidance from senior team members.

Help document processes and participate in continuous improvement projects for data and analytics workflows.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel

must have exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is a plus.

Basic understanding of financial concepts and FP&A processes.

Interest in automation and emerging technologies (AI/ML) in finance.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field ( CA, MBA, MCA, or similar background preferred)
