As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll help people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) complete everyday living tasks and achieve their goals.
Position Details Monday‑Friday 12:30 – 5:00 pm, Saturday (flexible); Monday & Wednesday 5 – 7 pm and Friday 5 – 8 pm, Sunday 2 – 6 pm, or Monday‑Friday 12:30 – 3:00 pm.
Location: Ellerbe, Mt. Gilead, and Biscoe.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour.
Your Role in Our Mission
Provide care in the home and community of the client.
Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning; personal care such as bathing and dressing; and employment support.
Transport clients to appointments and run errands.
Help plan and organize their schedule.
Daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health system.

Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
