Position Description: RN
The registered nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
Is responsible for professional accountability and development.
Collaborates and communicates with inter‑disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
Organizes, prioritizes, and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in a medical/surgical unit.
Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment.

Requirements
Registered Nurse license
BLS certification
6 months RN acute care experience
Associate Degree in Nursing
Facility : BayCare Health System, Med Surg Tele Unit I-WHH
Location : Winter Haven
Status : Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours : 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
Weekend Work : Every Other
On Call : No
