Clinical Nurse II – BayCare Health System
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical/Surgical Post Surgical team at Winter Haven Hospital.

Position Description: RN
Collaborates and communicates with inter‑disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
Organizes, prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in a medical/surgical unit.
Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment.

Requirements
Registered Nurse license
BLS certification
6 months RN acute care experience
Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Facility: BayCare Health System, Med Surg Oncology Unit I-WHH
Location: Winter Haven
Status: Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours: 6:45PM - 7:15AM Shift 3 (Night). Weekend Work: Every Other On Call: No
