Location: Twin Towers | 5343 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45224
Schedule: Part-Time | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM and 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

You, Our Ideal Candidate You are a dedicated nurse who brings clinical expertise and compassion to every shift. You are detail-oriented, responsive in critical situations, and committed to delivering the highest quality care. You’re also a team player who communicates well and builds trust with residents and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities
Oversee and deliver resident care in our Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units.
Coordinate nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards.
Administer medications, treatments, and provide direct care per care plans.
Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes appropriately.
Support residents’ overall well-being and comfort overnight.
Accurately document care using electronic medical records.
Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with families.
Requirements
Current Ohio RN or LPN license.
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably senior living or hospital care.
Understanding of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
