Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator (RN) – NICU Company:

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator to lead and provide direct bedside care in our Level III NICU. The RN will serve as a clinical leader, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, evidence-based care to critically ill infants.

Assess, plan, delegate, and exercise independent judgment to direct other healthcare team members.

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other disciplines to ensure coordinated patient care.

Participate in hourly rounding and follow safety guidelines and best practices.

Supervise and mentor other members of the healthcare team.

Qualifications

Minimum education: Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school. Preferred: BSN.

Minimum experience: At least 2 years of current hospital-based acute care RN experience in a NICU.

Preferred experience: 1 year of Level III NICU experience, including ventilators, HFOV, central lines, therapeutic hypotheria; specialty certification preferred.

Licensure: Current RN license in the State of Arizona (or compact license). CPR, NRP required upon orientation completion. ACLS as applicable.
