Atrium Health is hiring a newly graduated Registered Nurse to join our team in the 9 North Tower, General Medicine/Adult Safety unit. The position starts in Spring 2026 and is available for day or night shifts.
Location Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – Winston Salem, NC, United States.
Base Pay Range $34.90 /hr – $52.35 /hr
Sign‑On Bonus Eligible for a $15,000 sign‑on bonus if eligibility requirements are met.
About This Unit You will care for patients under medical observation, some of whom also have behavioral health needs.
We’re Looking For
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
What You’ll Do
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and strong communication, you will lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
