Apta Pelvic Health
Physical Therapist – Pelvic Floor Preferred (Training Provided)
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Upper Arlington, OH
Are you a Physical Therapist who values
true one-on-one care , a supportive team, and the chance to grow into (or continue in) pelvic health? We’re expanding our pelvic floor program in Upper Arlington, Ohio — and we’re looking for a PT who wants to play a meaningful role in that growth.
Experience in pelvic floor therapy and/or dry needling is strongly preferred but not required.
If you’re excited about this specialty, we will support and train you. We’d rather hire the right clinician without these skills than miss out on the perfect culture fit.
Why This Role Is Different Most PTs choose pelvic floor because they want to spend time with patients and deliver care that actually changes someone's life. That’s exactly how our clinic operates.
Caseload At FYZICAL Upper Arlington, you’ll treat:
One-on-one, no double-booking
With
ample time for documentation
In a
collaborative, low-stress culture
With
full administrative support
so you can focus on clinical work
We’re building one of the most trusted pelvic and orthopedic programs in Columbus — and we’d love for you to help shape it.
What We Offer
$70,000–$90,000+ salary , based on experience
Medical, dental, vision , and
generous PTO
Parental leave
CEU support + dedicated pelvic floor mentorship
Dry needling training reimbursement
Growth pathways
(pelvic lead, clinical mentor, program development)
A fun, supportive culture where therapists are valued and heard
About the Caseload You will have a balanced mix of:
Pelvic floor (female + male) — growing rapidly
Orthopedic cases
Postpartum care
Balance & vestibular
Wellness patients
If you are newer to pelvic health, you will begin with a small pelvic caseload and grow with structured mentorship.
Who Thrives Here You’ll love this position if you are:
A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) PT in Ohio
Passionate about pelvic floor OR eager to specialize
Interested in dry needling (experience welcome, training provided)
Committed to one-on-one, quality-first patient care
Collaborative, positive, and excited to contribute to a growing program
Looking for a workplace where your voice matters
