Position Summary We are hiring Associates, Therapists, and Counselors who are passionate about mental health and substance use recovery. If you enjoy talking with clients, building group energy, and guiding meaningful discussions, this group‑only role is a great fit.
Your Responsibilities
Facilitate engaging, trauma‑informed group sessions
Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
Promote a safe, structured, inclusive group environment
Attend supervision (group or individual based on licensure)
Participate in optional professional development & coaching
Qualifications
Registered or licensed in CA (APCC, AMFT, ACSW, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
Practicum students welcome (must obtain certification)
1+ year experience in mental health or SUD
Reliable transportation + CA driver’s license
Active professional/auto liability insurance
Ability to pass background and medical clearance
What We’re Looking For
Cultural humility and trauma‑informed care
Strong verbal & written communication
Confidence facilitating groups
Ability to maintain boundaries and therapeutic presence
Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented with documentation
Schedule
Start with 6–10 hours/week
Groups available Monday–Friday
Therapist groups: M–F, 10 AM–12 PM
Some on‑call availability M–Th
Opportunities across Tarzana, Orange County, and San Diego
