We are seeking EMDR-trained Associates and Licensed Therapists who are passionate about trauma recovery, mental health, and substance use treatment. This role focuses on individual EMDR sessions with a small caseload in a supportive clinical setting. Why Guiding Hands Healthcare?

$250 bonus after 6 months of employment Additional $250 bonus after 1 year of employment Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 EMDR therapy to clients Develop trauma-informed treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation Foster a safe, inclusive, and client-centered therapeutic environment Attend required individual supervision (Therapists) Participate in group supervision and leadership coaching Engage in ongoing professional development and consultation Opportunity for Group Facilitations Qualifications

Active California registration or licensure (APCC, AMFT, ACSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) EMDR training completed Minimum 1 year experience working with trauma, mental health, and/or substance use Valid California driver’s license and liability insurance Ability to pass background and medical clearances Skills & Competencies

Strong trauma-informed and culturally responsive clinical approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence providing individual therapy Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Commitment to ethical practice and professional growth Schedule & Location

Flexible scheduling: Start with 6–10 hours/week Monday–Friday availability preferred Opportunities available in San Diego and Orange County Join us and make a difference!
