Summary Under the direct supervision of the IS Enterprise Applications Director, the Applications Product Manager – Business Applications (M365) is responsible for implementing technology that delivers seamless productivity and collaboration across the enterprise while maintaining the security and integrity of Firm systems and data.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives

Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating prioritization discussions and aligning team efforts with organizational goals.

Manage the release management process for new features across MS Teams, Project for Web, and M365 Office Applications.

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide best practices and implement business productivity solutions.

Lead the planning and delivery of MS Teams workspaces for Practice Groups, Business Professionals, and Matter‑Centric projects.

Oversee the M365 Project and Task Management platform, engaging with end users to drive adoption and deliver trainings.

Collaborate with the Application Development team to design and deliver SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) solutions.

Evaluate new M365 solutions, presenting the benefits, governance, and security considerations to stakeholders.

Support the Next‑Gen Laptop Lifecycle process, including Windows 11 deployment and productivity enhancements.

Deliver impactful presentations to IS management and key business stakeholders.

Ensure all M365 applications and related processes comply with organizational security and governance policies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 10 years of IT experience in a legal environment or commensurate experience.

Proven experience as an Application Product Manager with a focus on User Experience for Microsoft Office 365, Intune, mobile applications, document management systems, and law firm productivity tools.

Deep understanding of Law Firm user workflows and business concepts.

Experience supporting and overseeing Litera Drafting Products and iManage Document Management System.

Experience with product administration and support required.

Excellent project management with the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Experience implementing technology solutions based on complex business and user requirements.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Good understanding of business systems and risk mitigation within and outside the legal industry and the related technologies.

Compensation $170,000.00-$190,000.00, annually, plus bonus.
