Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist! We offer both full‑time and part‑time opportunities, exclusively in‑person, with caseloads designed to match your strengths and availability.

Position Details Schedule: Part‑Time .8 FTE
Location: In‑Person School‑Based Role
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: Evaluations, treatment, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration

Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments
Deliver individualized and small group therapy
Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Engage in school‑based meetings and student‑centered planning
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or equivalent
Valid Idaho DOE Endorsement requirement: 7025 Speech Lang Path K/12
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
