Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Speech‑Language Pathologist for a school‑based position in Caldwell, ID. This is a full‑time role, exclusively in‑person, with caseloads designed to match your strengths and availability.

Evaluations, treatment, IEPs, documentation, and collaboration
Year‑end completion bonus!
Your Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language assessments
Deliver individualized and small group therapy
Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school teams
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Engage in school‑based meetings and student‑centered planning
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or equivalent
Valid Idaho DOE licensure in Speech Pathology
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
